All the apples are now in the barrels for our 2017 season
Beautiful apples were crushed for our ciders. Yarlington Mill and Breakwell Seedling were the backbone of our ciders, mixed with Somerset Redstreak, Dabinett, Foxwhelp, Brown Snout, Tremlett’s Bitter, Kingston Black and smaller amounts of newer varieties now coming into production. Our younger French orchard is now producing apples for our ciders which we use in our Cider Gold.
