Red Sails Ciders and Perries are as natural as we can make them. Hand made from a selection of more than 50 heritage cider apples and pears grown in our own orchards without spraying. Apples, including Redstreak, Breakwell’s Seedling, Yarlington Mill, Dabinett and Foxwhelp, are key cultivars in our ciders. Traditional double-ferment techniques produce natural sparkle in bottle without the use of preservatives or chemical carbonation. All are wonderful ciders for refreshment as well as food – think cheese, charcuterie, fish and meat dishes.
